PROCURE.DESIGN respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected through procure.design, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you submit a project inquiry, we may collect your name, company, email address, project type, project location, anticipated installation date, and any details you choose to provide.

Our website and service providers may also process limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and submission time, as needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website and inquiry form.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to review your project, respond to your inquiry, communicate about potential or active services, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use inquiry information for third-party advertising.

Service providers and disclosure

The inquiry form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. Form submissions may be transmitted to and stored by Formspree and delivered to PROCURE.DESIGN. Formspree handles information according to its own privacy policy and security practices.

The website is also delivered through third-party hosting and web-font providers. These providers may process limited technical information required to deliver, protect, and operate the website.

We have disabled Google signals and advertising-personalization signals in the website’s analytics configuration.

Google processes analytics information according to its own privacy practices. You can limit cookies through your browser settings or use Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The website’s hosting and security providers may also use strictly necessary technologies, including bot-management cookies, to deliver and protect the site.

Retention and security

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including follow-up, business records, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no method of online transmission or storage is completely secure.
